Our System:
Our unique powder coating line was built in 2005 utilizing the latest in prep, spray, and cure technology. Our paintline system is efficient, clean, and fast which results in premium parts. We use a 5 stage cleaning cycle that incorporates a rinse, wash, acid etch, rinse, and iron phosphate coat. The acid etch removes surface oxides including those found on laser cut steel parts. The cleaning cycle ensures properly cleaned and prepared parts to obtain the best finish and adhesion. We utilize a ITW Gema booth, powder supply and recirculating system.
Quality:
The results of our powder coated parts make it obvious that surface finish matters to us. Our line is continuously monitored for deviation of chemical baths and accuracy of temperature. The cure time and temperature are vital for a tough, long lasting coat. Our powder coat has been tested has shown stable results under salt spray tests completed by the National Powder Coating Institute.

Choose from our standard colors or we can order any powder to meet your needs.
Capacity:
Our paintline is capable of handling large parts and high quantities.  We are able to handle parts 3ft wide by 5ft high or 30ft long.
Efficiency:
Using a recirculating powder system we are able reduce the amount of powder used. Our system is capable of fast color changes (under 15 minutes) which makes our system flexible and economical.
Certification:

In 2009 our paintline was awarded the PCI 4000 certification.
